Biography

GraceAnn Stewart is a versatile collaborator experiencing multiple careers over three decades in corporate environments, educational institutions, and as an entrepreneur.

As a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) specializing in the field of Employee Benefits and Human Resources, a sampling of clients, partnerships, and implementations have been with ADP, AMD, Boston Scientific, Cushman and Wakefield, Fidelity Investments, McKesson, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Towers Watson, United Airlines, The Vanguard Group, and Varian. 

Ms. Stewart taught graduate and undergraduate level college courses including Operations Management, Statistics and Quantitative Methods, Business Systems Analysis, Software Applications on the PC, and Business and Economic Statistics (now called "Data Science") at four universities. She was last associated with Suffolk University in Boston as a full-time Visiting Assistant Professor of Management. Grace owned a Mandarin Immersion School for elementary aged children promoting Chinese literacy and cultural appreciation. Grace has been deeply involved and dedicated for over two decades to educational fundraising, actively contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing opportunities and resources for the betterment of students, schools, and programs in the community. She continues to volunteer at several community theatres and assists rural students with college admissions.

In addition to countless presentations on exciting topics such as corporate mergers, health and welfare, pensions and retirement, personal finance and insurance, and adoption / reunification with birth parents, Grace has been committed to giving back to the community through volunteering and has showcased her comedic talents for charity as a stand-up comedian being an original member of the Hysterical Housewives comedy group, and using laughter to support meaningful causes. As a featured speaker at a Divorce and Relationship Recovery program, she shares her personal journey through marriage, divorce, and remarriage while offering support and inspiration from her experience as a Divorce Coach for many years with Healthy Divorce Help. 

On the flip side, Grace is a Minister for California Coastal Weddings, writing and officiating customized wedding ceremonies bringing people together through love, commitment, and marriage. With members of the community, she started a local housecleaning business and has been mentoring others to become entrepreneurs! Her latest venture has been starting Stewart Financial Services with her family, providing a suite of customized accounting, tax, and CFO consulting services to corporations and individuals. 

Grace was the first in her family to attend college and self-funded her entire education by working full-time while attending school full-time. She earned an AS in Business from Suffolk County Community College, a BS in Management from St. John's University, an MBA in Management from Adelphi University, and the CEBS designation through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
